Dr.Ravi, a medical doctor founded Life Aid Centre (LAC) in 1991 with a group of friends to serve the needy disabled children like living in the rural villages of Thiruvallur District and Arakkonam Taluk.

Life Aid Centre works with the Mentally and physically handicapped children with Cerebral Palsy (CP), and deaf and other disadvantaged children.

LAC provides free boarding with special education& vocational training for the deaf, daily living activities and physiotherapy for CP children.

Life Aid Centre also conducts community development and health awareness programmes in Thiruvallur district.
